This project by Alexis R. Velazquez documents bomba, an Afro–Puerto Rican music and dance practice, through annotated community performances, films, and music videos. With bilingual transcription and detailed tagging of performers, subgenres, lyrics, and sociocultural themes, the project brings dispersed audiovisual materials together as a resource for research and community use.
